HR & Employment Law

When we take on a new HR client, we spend time getting to know them and how their business works.

After an initial visit and a review of current procedures, we work with the client to create all of their human resources documentation, which is maintained at regular intervals in order to ensure compliance with changes in legislation.

On a consulting basis, we provide additional on-site support. This might mean attending formal meetings (such as interviews or disciplinary hearings) or by acting as an independent adjudicator in grievance proceedings.

A list of our core services is below – please click on each heading to find out more. If you wish to discuss something that is not on the list, just give us a call on 01427 678 660.
